The rules for using Peptideo — read carefully before continuing.

By using Peptideo, you accept these Terms of Service. Read them carefully. The service is intended solely for educational and informational purposes; it does not replace professional medical advice.

Service description
Peptideo is a digital personal-logging platform that lets the user document, track, and calculate peptide-related information for educational and personal-research purposes.
The service includes dose logging, stock management, reminders, private notes, cycles, calculators, and access to an educational library. All features are personal organisation tools and do not constitute medical guidance.

Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using Peptideo, you confirm that:
You are 18 or older
You accept these Terms of Service in full
You understand the service is purely educational and informational
You use the service entirely at your own responsibility

Permitted use
You may use Peptideo to:
Record and track personal data in an organised way
Consult educational information about peptides in the library
Perform reference calculations (reconstitution, dose, endotoxins)
Manage reminders and private notes
It is expressly prohibited to use the service for commercial purposes, distribution of medical information to third parties, or any activity that is illegal under applicable law.

Medical disclaimer
Peptideo is not a medical service. All platform content, including the peptide library, the calculators, and personal logs, is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
No information available on Peptideo should be interpreted as diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision related to your health.
The operator of Peptideo accepts no liability for direct or indirect harm arising from the use or interpretation of information available on the platform.

Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at support@peptideo.app.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of abusive use.

Plans and subscriptions
Peptideo offers a free plan with limited features and a Premium plan with full access. Prices and features of each plan are available on the app subscription page.
Premium subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat (native apps) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your app store settings.
On web access, while web payment is not configured, all users have access equivalent to the Premium plan at no additional cost.

Intellectual property
All original Peptideo content, including educational library text, interface, code, and design, is the property of the service operator. Your personal data belongs to you.
By entering data into the platform, you grant the operator a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the contracted service.

Service availability
We strive to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice.

Changes to the terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese and European Union law. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
