Mechanism
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide related to sequences described in gastric juice. Preclinical literature explores effects on angiogenesis, nitric-oxide signalling, local inflammation and tissue-repair responses. Translation of these mechanisms to humans has not been demonstrated.
